Community Volunteer Opportunities |

Plymouth Community Food Pantry is looking ahead to October 18th when they will be holding their annual Harvest Ball fundraiser. Right now they need people who can lend their ideas and time to putting the ball together. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Erin Kennedy, Director by email or call her at (860) 584-1750.
Their first meeting will be on April 25th at 6:30 pm at the food pantry. Feel free to drop by and find out more about volunteering.
Plymouth Community Food Pantry is currently scanning the community for volunteers and they are hoping you might be able to help. They are looking for volunteers to go to the CT food bank in Waterbury, every third Wednesday at 8 am., to pick up food for them.
Ideal candidates would have a large vehicle and be able to lift 50 pounds, BUT we REALLY need people and will put together a team with anyone who comes forward to help, even if they don't fit either of these descriptions. Please call the pantry at 860/584-1750 if you'd like to volunteer for this, or any other, volunteer opportunity at the food pantry.
Plymouth Community Food Pantry is always looking for volunteers who enjoy getting a deal and will "coupon" for them. If you are into saving and you use coupons, the food pantry would love to have your help. Please contact them at 860-584-1750 if you're interested. |
