This event is hosted by the Plymouth Police Department to benefit Special Olympics CT.

During the event, officers with assist restaurant staff in taking orders and serving meals.  At the end of the evening, all tips received by the officers will go to the Special Olympics CT to support its year-round sports and other programs.

Tip-A-Cop is a law enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics CT event.  Sponsors include Dream Ride 2014, Whelen Engineering, WWE, The Bearingstar Insurance Charitable Fund, JN Phillips Auto Glass, Adams Hometown Market/IGA Hometown Supermarkets, and Papa's Dodge.
