Mary Jane Dapkus, former curator of the American Clock and Watch Museum in Bristol, will tell fascinating stories that never made it into the history books, yet contribute much to our understanding of their work.
After the talk, Tom Vaughn will lead a short walk to the Old Terryville Cemetery where several clockmakers are buried, such as Eli Terry, Eli Terry, Jr., and Hiram Welton.
