Location: Terryville Fairgrounds, 171 Town Hill Road, Terryville
The parishes of St. Casimir and Immaculate Conception are hosting a Catholic Community Picnic at the Terryville Fairgrounds, 171 Town Hill Road, on September 18th.
Admission is free, but food wristbands are available for $10 per person (16 & over), $5 per child (6-15 years), 5 and under are free. The maximum price per family is $30.
The menu consists of pierogi, kielbasa sandwiches, potato pancakes, hamburgers, hotdogs, french fries, and ice cream.
The day will begin with a community Mass at 11 a.m. and the food booth will open immediately following.
The band Rhythm will perform a mix of multigenerational English and Polish songs from 1 to 5 p.m. In addition, BINGO will be offered at 2 p.m. and a rocket launch at 3 p.m. Many other games and activities are planned throughout the afternoon.
