    I hope that all of you are safe after this quick hitting storm that we had on Tuesday. We had over 85% of our residents without power. I declared a State of Emergency on Tuesday at 4:00pm, and we have been working under that ever since. Power is back on at Town Hall. We are making progress, as slow as it seems.     The Town of Plymouth Transfer Station and the Leaf and Brush Facility (both) will be open extended hours this Saturday, August 8, 2020. Both will be open from 7am to 3pm. The Transfer Station has no power. That means we are loading trash into the buckets of front loaders and putting the trash into dumpsters. There will certainly be delays.     Town Hall is open to the public on a limited basis on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 4:00PM. Town Hall will be open Mondays (8AM-5 PM) Fridays (8:30 AM - Noon) and Tues-Thurs (8 AM - 9 AM 4 PM- 5PM) for call in service only (the building will not be open to the public during this time).
